The County Government of Siaya hereby invites all eligible bidders to apply for the following tender as
CGS/AGRICULTURE/OT/2016-2017 /001 Proposed Assorted Renovation Works at ATC Siaya County
In addition to technical evaluation criteria which is in the tender documents, the following are mandatory requirements that must be submitted together with the bids
1) Business Incorporation or Registration
2) Tax payer Registration (PIN/VAT) and Valid Tax Compliance certificate
3) Audited Accounts for the Last three years 2013-2015
4) Valid Local Single Business Permit
5) Registration with National Construction Authority (NCA) as indicated in tender documents.
6) Bid Security amount as indicated in the respective tender documents
7) Dully filled Form of Tender
8) Tender validity period indicated (as per Form of Tender)
9) Dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire
10) Sworn affidavit on litigation history
11) Signed Ethics and Integrity declaration form

Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope with TENDER NO and TENDER TITLE applied for clearly indicated on the envelope shall be addressed to:
