The County Government of Siaya hereby invites all eligible bidders to apply for the following tender as listed below.
CGS/AGRICULTURE/OT/2016-2017/004 The proposed supply and delivery of Grade Dual Purpose Birds.
In additition to technical evaluation criteria which is in the tender documents, the following are mandatory requirements that must be submitted together with the bids
1) Business Incorporation or Registration
2) Tax payer Registration (PIN/VAT) and Valid Tax Compliance certificate
3) Valid Local Single Business Permit
4) Provision of bid Security as required
5) Dully filled Form of Tender
6) Tender validity period indicated (as per Form of Tender)
7) Dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire
8) Sworn affidavit on litigation history
9) Signed Ethics and Integrity declaration form
10) Certified bank statements

Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelope with TENDER NO and TITLE OF THE TENDER applied for clearly indicated on the envelope shall be addressed to:
