Speaking while overseeing the swearing ceremony of the duo presided over by Siaya Principal Magistrate Hon. Based on their competencies that led to their approval in the County Assembly, the County Speaker Hon. Okode who also spoke at the event held at Siaya Governor’s Compound also emphasized his conviction that the new admissions to the Executive will ensure quality service delivery and address all gaps that they will have identified in their tour of duty.

The Governor in his remarks had further urged them to quickly familiarize with the County working documents including the County Integrated Development Plan 2018/2022, The Annual Development Plans, The Program Based Budgets, Relevant Laws and Regulations, Kenya’s Vision 2030 and its Medium-Term Plans.
