ADDENDUM NO. 1
TENDER NO.: CGS/GOV & ADM/OT/2020-2021/04 SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF BIOMETRIC ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM TO COUNTY OFFICES
Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2.5 of the Instructions to Tenderers, we wish to modify the tender documents by issuing this addendum effectively amending the tender document as explicated below: –
- One of the preliminary requirements under paragraph 2.20.1 of the Appendix to Instructions to Tenderers, was for prospective bidders to duly complete Certificate of Tenderers Visit to Site which was however inadvertently not included in the Tender document. Kindly note that this shall now not be a requirement and consider it deleted.
- Under the listing of Standard Forms, Section VII, specifically page 42 of the tender document, Firms Reference Form, Team Composition and Task Assignment, and lastly, Curriculum Vitae (CV) of proposed professional staff were listed as forms to be duly completed by Tenderers but the Forms were not included in the tender document. Kindly ignore and consider them expunged. However, submit comprehensive CV’s of proposed staff in any acceptable format as per the preliminary requirements.
- The Cover page should also read Tender No. and not Quotation No.
The other terms and conditions of the tender remain the same.
