MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Interested Consultants and Bidders must have the following mandatory information and their supporting documents where appropriate:-

(1) Certificate of Incorporation
(2) Trading/Professional certificate license
(3) Tax Compliance certificate
(4) PIN certificate
(5) Company profile
(6) List of Directors, postal and E-mail address
(7) Profile of Key Personnel to be involved in the assignment
(8) Proof of experience in a similar undertaking
(9) Evidence of physical registered office (Attach miscellaneous receipt)
(10) Audit financial reports for the last three(3) years
(11) Bank statements for a period of one (1) year
