Kenya Devolution Support Programme (KDSP II) \u2013 Siaya County<\/h1>Overview<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The Kenya Devolution Support Programme II<\/span><\/span> (KDSP II)<\/strong> is a national initiative implemented by the State Department for Devolution<\/span><\/span><\/strong> with support from the World Bank. The programme aims to strengthen the capacity and performance of county governments in Kenya in delivering efficient, accountable, and inclusive public services.<\/p>\n

Building on the achievements of the first phase (2016\u20132021), KDSP II focuses on enhancing systems, structures, and institutional capacity to improve service delivery, financial management, and citizen engagement across counties.<\/p>\n

In Siaya County, the programme supports ongoing reforms aimed at improving governance, strengthening accountability, and enhancing development outcomes aligned with the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP).<\/p>\n
