The County Government of Siaya intends to urgently engage the services of an experienced Firm to Facilitate Unpacking of the Siaya Youth Service Bill.\u00a0 The firm will be responsible for: -<\/p>\n

  1. Provision of full board conference facilities<\/li>\n
  2. Provide facilitators one of which must be a current member of LSK who will provide an in-depth understanding of the bill<\/li>\n
  3. Provide a suitable Rapporteur<\/li>\n
  4. Pay transport costs to participants on reimbursable basis at set limits<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The general objective of the assignment is to unpack the Siaya County Youth Services Bill.<\/p>\n
