Click the link below to download the relative application form:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/siaya.go.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/FORM-ONE-BURSARY-APPLICATION-FORM-2021_2022.pdf\"><strong>Bursary Application Form For 2021-2022 Schools Secondary Schools ( Form 1)<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>INSTRUCTIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Incomplete SCEBF Bursary Application form will not be processed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>This form must be filled in <strong>BLOCK LETTERS.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Each Applicant <strong>MUST<\/strong> attach a certified copy of his\/her institution\u2019s fees statement.<\/li>\n<li>Each Applicant MUST ensure to fill in correct institutional Email<strong> Addresses<\/strong>, <strong>Bank Details of the institution i.e bank name, branch and account number.<\/strong> In addition provide a working mobile number of the institution.<\/li>\n<li>For <strong>Total<\/strong> and <strong>Partial Orphans<\/strong>, ensure that you attach copies of Death Certificates, Burial Permit or a letter from your area Chief.<\/li>\n<li>For any student with a disability attach a letter explaining the nature of disability from a Chief, Assistant Chief, Head teacher, Government medical Officer or Religious leader.<\/li>\n<li>It is important that the applicant declares other bursary Fund Support he\/she is currently receiving.<\/li>\n<li>The Applicant <strong>must<\/strong> only apply in his\/her Ward. Double application will be rejected in totality.<\/li>\n<li>The filled form should be returned to respective <strong>Ward Administrator\u2019s<\/strong> office latest by <strong>4<sup>th<\/sup> July, 2022 at 4.00 pm. <\/strong>All applications should be acknowledged by the ward office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>NB: Forgery and making of illegal rubberstamps are criminal offences.
