The resultant contracts will be for an initial period of one (1) year, renewable for a further one year on mutual consent of both parties, subject to satisfactory performance.<strong> \u00a0<\/strong>Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to <u>all quali?ed and interested Tenderers<\/u>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/siaya.go.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Motor-Vehicle-Insurance-Re-tender-Dec.-22.pdf\"><strong>TENDER NO: CGS\/GOV. &amp; ADM\/OT\/2022-2023\/07 \u2013 FOR PROVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE COVERS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the CGS website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.siaya.go.ke\">www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenders.go.ke\">www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).\u00a0 Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to <a href=\"mailto:procurement@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>\u00a0 to facilitate\/access any further clari?cation and\/or addendum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings, where applicable and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the tender. \u00a0<strong>Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand (Kshs. 200,000)<\/strong> in the form of a guarantee acceptable under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and The Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations, 2006, payable to the County Secretary, CGS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Tenderer shall chronologically serialise all pages of the tender documents submitted<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of <strong>ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The County Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>County Government of Siaya<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
