Tendering is open to <u>all quali?ed and interested Tenderers<\/u>. The contract will be for a period of one year, renewable by a further one year, on mutual consent of both parties, subject to satisfactory performance.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/siaya.go.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Cleaning-Services-Doc-Final-July-2023.pdf\"><strong>PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE CLEANING SERVICES AT GOVERNOR\u2019S ANNEX BUILDING, PREFABS OFFICES, DEPUTY GOVERNOR\u2019S OFFICE BUILDING, PIT LATRINES, COMPOUND, RED CROSS OFFICE SPACE AND LIAISON OFFICE IN NAIROBI<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the CGS website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.siaya.go.ke\">www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenders.go.ke\">www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).\u00a0 Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to <a href=\"mailto:procurement@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>\u00a0 to facilitate\/access any further clari?cation and\/or addendum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the tender.\u00a0 <strong>Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing declaration form in the format provided in the tender document<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of <strong>ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The County Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>County Government of Siaya<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
