Tendering is <strong><em>County Specific Reserved for Residents of Siaya County <\/em><\/strong>and is open to <u>all quali?ed and interested Tenderers<\/u>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/siaya.go.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ECD-Policy-Framework-RFP.pdf\"><strong>RFP NO. : CGS\/SCM\/EDU \/RFP\/2022-2023\/003 FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR <\/strong><strong>COMPLETION OF SIAYA COUNTY POLICY FRAMEWORK FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT, CARE AND PRE-PRIMARY EDUCATION<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete RFP documents free of charge from the CGS website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.siaya.go.ke\">www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenders.go.ke\">www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).\u00a0 Consultants who download the RFP document should forward their particulars immediately to <a href=\"mailto:supplies@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>\u00a0 to facilitate any further clari?cation or addendum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the tender.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The applicants shall chronologically serialize all pages of the RFP documents submitted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completed RFP documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the RFP identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of <strong>ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The County Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>County Government of Siaya<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
