ROADS TENDERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023-2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

We refer to Roads Tenders advertised on Thursday 19th<\/sup> November, 2023 and wish to issue the addendum below with regard to Qualification Form Summary (Sub-Factor 15 and 16) under SECTION III - EVALUATION AND QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.<\/p>\n

For subcontracted Works the Bidder should provide the following:
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Award letter of the Main Contractor
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Award letter of the subcontract
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Completion letter of the Subcontract
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proof of payment (attach payment certificates and certified bank statements indicating proof of payment)<\/p>\n

The similarity of the contracts shall be based on the following:

\n-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Building Construction Works <\/em><\/strong>
\n-\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rehabilitation Works<\/em><\/strong><\/td>\n

16<\/td>\nPlant and Equipment<\/td>\nEquipment Holding<\/strong>: Major items of Equipment proposed to carry out the Contract (Owned, leased or hired) and an undertaking that they will be available for the Contract. These Must include but not limited to: -<\/em><\/p>\n
