Pursuant to Articles 1, 10(2), 201, 209(3), 210(1) and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, Section 87 of County Government Act,2012, and the provisions of The Rating Act, Cap 267 and the Valuation for Rating Act, Cap 266, the County Government of Siaya through the Department of Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development hereby invites members of the public and all stakeholders to participate and give their views on the Draft Siaya County Valuation Roll<\/strong> and the \u00a0Siaya County Valuation and Rating Bill, 2023 <\/strong>on the following dates and venues \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
