Tendering is open to <u>all qualified and interested Tenderers<\/u>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>TENDER NO. CGS\/SCM\/GOV &amp; ADM\/OT\/2023-2024\/04 FOR SUPPLY OF MOTOR VEHICLES<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the CGS website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.siaya.go.ke\">www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenders.go.ke\">www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).\u00a0 Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to <a href=\"mailto:procurement@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>\u00a0 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the tender. <strong>Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amounting to Kenya Shillings Eight Hundred Thousand (Kshs. 800,000)<\/strong> in the form of a guarantee acceptable under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and The Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations, 2006, payable to the County Secretary, CGS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of <strong>ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The County Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>County Government of Siaya<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
