AMENDMENTS TO PRELIMINARY EVALUATION TO DETERMINE RESPONSIVENESS <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The tender notices \/ Invitation to Tender and Parameter 1 of the preliminary evaluation criteria<\/strong> of both tenders required tenderers to respond both electronically through the IFMIS Supplier Portal and also manually submit Physical tender documents. Due to a technical hitch, tenderers will not be able to respond through the IFMIS Supplier portal. This parameter has thus been expunged from both tenders and replaced with the following: -<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cTenderers must be registered with IFMIS and be able to transact through the IFMIS Supplier Portal. Provide evidence of registration and\/or submit a signed declaration with details of tenderers unique IFMIS registration number\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
