The County Government of Siaya (CGS<\/strong>) hereby invites interested and eligible tenderers to apply for the tenders listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

1.<\/td>\nCGS\/HEALTH\/NGIMA\/OT\/2022-2023\/01<\/a><\/td>\nProposed Supply and Delivery of Tyres<\/a><\/td>\nOpen<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the CGS website (www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).\u00a0 Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>\u00a0 to facilitate\/access any further clari?cation and\/or addendum.<\/p>\n

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the tender.<\/p>\n

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialise all pages of the tender documents submitted<\/p>\n

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n

so as to be received on or before 14th<\/sup> February, 2024 at 12.00 noon<\/strong><\/p>\n

In addition, tenderers SHALL<\/u><\/strong> respond to the tenders through the IFMIS Supplier portal , <\/strong>by the deadline indicated above inorder to be eligible for award.<\/p>\n

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Late tenders will be rejected<\/strong><\/p>\n
