Tendering will be conducted under Open National Competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all quali?ed and interested Tenderers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/siaya.go.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/24.-Stadium-Grassing-Works-Tender-Doc.pdf\"><strong>PROPOSED COMPLETION WORKS AT SIAYA STADIUM (GRASSING WORKS)<\/strong> <strong>&nbsp;TENDER NO. <\/strong><strong>CGS\/SCM\/TCSA\/OT\/2023- 2024\/024<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete sets of tender documents free of charge from the CGS website (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.siaya.go.ke\">www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenders.go.ke\">www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).&nbsp; Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to <a href=\"mailto:procurement@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>&nbsp; to facilitate\/access any further clari?cation and\/or addendum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the tender.&nbsp; Tenders must be accompanied by a <strong>Tender Security amounting to Kenya Shillings One Hundred Thousand (100,000)<\/strong> in the form of a guarantee acceptable under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations, 2020, payable to the County Secretary, CGS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Tenderer shall chronologically serialise all pages of the tender documents submitted<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of <strong>ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES, along Hospital Road<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The County Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>County Government of Siaya<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
