Collins Juma &nbsp;as the new chairman of Siaya Public Service Board.<\/p>\n<p>He replaces Dr Elijah Achoch &nbsp;who died in April 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The appointment follows a competitive selection process that kicked off in October 11, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Eng. Juma &nbsp;brings a wealth of experience in engeneering and public management.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy profession, he is an engineer from Repute and serves at the Institution of Kenya engineers.He is also a Member of the institute of Engineers and has practiced both locally and Internationally.<\/p>\n<p>Governor Orengo confirmed that Mr.Juma had headed various public institutions and Agencies with admirable leadership skills and qualities.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past years while working in-line with his profession he managed to do paper presentations in various functions including meetings of the National atomic associations.<\/p>\n<p>He has also headed public institutions and agencies so he is not only a professional engineer but a skilled Manager in Public Institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Speaker George Okode also confirmed that Juma was picked because he had merits and will certainly bring reforms at the recruitment boards with a view of enhancing service delivery.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23761 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/siaya.go.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-06-04-at-15.42.58-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"709\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GOVERNOR James Orengo has appointed Eng.
