Applicants who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to <a href=\"mailto:supplies@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a> to facilitate\/ access any further clarification and\/ or addendum.<\/p>\n<p>Completed EOI applications are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the EOI identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of <strong><em>MAIN ENTRANCE OF BONDO MUNICIPALITY BUILDING, <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>SUB-COUNTY OFFICES COMPOUND OPPOSITE BONDO LAW COURTS<\/em><\/strong>, within Bondo Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The County Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>County Government of Siaya<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>P.O.
