The County Government of Siaya, through the Department of Governance, Administration & ICT<\/strong>, is assessing the County Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM<\/strong>) to evaluate its accessibility, effectiveness, and responsiveness in addressing citizen concerns. This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering transparency, accountability, and improved service delivery for all residents of Siaya County.<\/p>\n

The assessment aims to identify strengths and weaknesses in the current GRM framework, gather feedback from stakeholders on its performance, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance the system. We believe that an inclusive and efficient grievance resolution process is vital to building trust and ensuring that citizen concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.<\/p>\n

We warmly invite all residents, NSAs, and stakeholders to participate in this important exercise. Your feedback can be shared through the following channels:<\/p>\n

  1. Survey Questionnaires<\/strong>: These are available at ward and sub-county offices, the county headquarters, and online via the county\u2019s official website Click here to access the online form<\/a> <\/li>\n
  2. Written Feedback<\/strong>: You can email your feedback or suggestions to complaints@siaya.go.ke<\/strong><\/a>  and copy abayojared@yahoo.co.uk<\/strong><\/a> or drop them off at your nearest county office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We encourage everyone to take part in this process, as your input is essential for enhancing the efficiency and inclusivity of our grievance redress framework. The deadline for submissions is Friday 18th<\/sup> April, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n
