Tenderers who download the document should immediately submit their contact details to <a href=\"mailto:supplies@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a> to receive any updates or clarifications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tender Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prices must be quoted in Kenyan Shillings, inclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, and delivery charges.<\/li>\n<li>Prices must remain valid for <strong>98 days<\/strong> from the tender closing date.<\/li>\n<li>Tenders must include a <strong>Tender Security of KES 1,000,000<\/strong> in a form acceptable under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and related Regulations, payable to the County Secretary, CGS.<\/li>\n<li>All pages of the submitted tender documents must be <strong>sequentially serialized<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Submission Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Completed tenders must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender name and number, and either:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deposited in the Tender Box at the <strong>Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices<\/strong>, Hospital Road, Siaya Town,<br \/>\n<strong>OR<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Sent to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The County Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\nCounty Government of Siaya<br \/>\nP.O.
