The County Government of Siaya (CGS) invites sealed tenders for the provision of the above-mentioned services. Tender documents can be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the CGS website at www.siaya.go.ke<\/a> and the Public Procurement Information Portal at www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>. Tenderers who download the documents should immediately send their details to supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a> to receive any clarifications or addenda.<\/p>\n

Prices should be quoted in Kenya Shillings, inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and remain valid for 98 days<\/strong> from the tender closing date.
\nEach bid must include a Tender Security of KES 300,000<\/strong>, in a form acceptable under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, and the Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations, 2006. The security should be addressed to the County Secretary, CGS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bidders must serialize all pages<\/strong> of the submitted tender documents in chronological order.<\/p>\n
