Volunteers planted hundreds of trees to combat deforestation and promote biodiversity while clearing waste from the Bar Ober Shopping Centre and Market to emphasize proper waste management and reduce pollution. The initiative not only beautified public spaces but also highlighted the critical role of local leadership in environmental conservation.<\/p>\n<p>Aligned with this year\u2019s World Environment Day theme, \u201cEnding Plastic Pollution\u201d, the event underscored the urgency of collective action against climate change and plastic pollution.
