Qualified and interested bidders may download the complete tender documents free of charge from the County Government of Siaya website: www.siaya.go.ke<\/a> or the Public Procurement Information Portal: www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bidders who download the documents are advised to immediately forward their details to supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a> for any clarifications or addenda.<\/p>\n

Prices quoted must be in Kenya Shillings, inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and shall remain valid for 98 days from the date of tender opening.
All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security as specified above<\/strong>, in a format acceptable under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and related Regulations, payable to the County Secretary.<\/p>\n

All pages of the tender document must be chronologically serialised<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Completed documents should be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and name, and deposited in the Tender Box at the main entrance of:<\/p>\n

To be received on or before 19th June 2025 at 12.00 noon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In addition, bidders must respond to the tender through the IFMIS Supplier Portal (where applicable)<\/strong> by the deadline above to be eligible for award.<\/p>\n

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders\u2019 representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Late submissions will not be accepted.<\/strong><\/p>\n
