The Government of Kenya <\/em><\/strong>has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Financing Locally-Led Climate Action Program (FLLoCA<\/strong>)<\/strong>, and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under contracts for various construction works, goods and services.<\/p>\n

The County Government of Siaya (CGS<\/strong>) now invites interested and eligible tenderers to apply for the tenders listed below.  Tendering will be conducted under Open Competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.<\/p>\n

To enhance equity and fast track implementation, Tenderers shall submit a Tender for a maximum of ONE (1) Tender advertised alongside this tender. This Condition shall also apply to Director(s) submitting Tenders under different companies\/firms who shall also not participate in more ONE (1) Tender advertised alongside this tender nor participate in the same tender with more than one firm.  Tenderers who do not comply with these conditions shall be disqualified and shall not be subjected to evaluation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete sets of tender documents free of charge from the CGS website (www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).  Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>  to facilitate\/access any further clarification and\/or addendum.<\/p>\n

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the tender.  Tenders must be accompanied by either a Tender Security or Tender-securing declaration form as indicated above <\/strong>in the formats provided in the tender document.  <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialise all pages of the tender documents submitted<\/p>\n

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES, along Hospital Road<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n
