Agunda Ochanda assessed daily operations to ensure alignment with the County Strategic Plans, the County Integrated Development Plan (2023\u20132027), the Nyalore 9-Point Agenda, and other key blueprints.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-27671 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/siaya.go.ke\/siaya\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Acecm.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"489\" \/>Under the ledership of Mr. Ochanda, the Department of Governance, Administration, and ICT has established key policies and strategic plans that form the foundation of the Nyalore administration\u2019s manifesto, aimed at transforming the lives of residents in Siaya County.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Performance Contracting exercise evaluates whether critical directorates, such as Human Resources, align with the County\u2019s Human Resources Management policies, staff welfare, and emoluments. It also ensures the accuracy of the employee database to comply with the Human Resource Integrated System and other strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Today\u2019s meeting is part of a series of ongoing efforts by the department to enhance efficiency and monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>In attendance were the Chief Officer for Governance, Administration, and ICT, Hon.
