This move follows the union's decision to suspend the strike notice, allowing room for implementation, with members urged to resume work immediately and remain on strike until their issues are fully addressed.<\/p>\n<p>Nationwide, nurses have highlighted nine contentious issues, including uniform allowances, nursing allowances (ranging from 20 to 30 percent of the grading structure), and deductions, among others.
