Today\u2019s process marks the successful conclusion of the performance contract signing for the Financial Year 2024\/2025.<\/p>\n<p>Performance contracts serve as an essential monitoring and evaluation tool, enabling the county to assess progress and make necessary adjustments. They are a fundamental mechanism for achieving effective public service delivery by promoting accountability, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.<\/p>\n<p>The County Government of Siaya remains committed to efficient governance and focused development.
