The office of the Governor, in a bid to strengthen its communication machinery, has this day, appointed Mr. George Adeya as the new Director of Governor's Press.<\/p>\n
In a press release by the County Secretary Mr Joseph Ogutu, Mr. Adeya will support the effective projection of Governor's leadership and work closely with the Directorate of Public Communication to ensure consistent, timely and credible communication campaigns.<\/p>\n
In addition to strong experience in strategic communication, media relations, and political messaging, Adeya brings wealth of experience and expertise in communication, having served previously as an Information Officer since 2023, where he demonstrated sound judgment, a deep understanding of government priorities, and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate leadership decisions and achievements.<\/p>\n
Hon. Walter Okelo, Chief Officer for Governance, Administration and ICT, extended his warm congratulations, stating: \"Mr. Adeya's appointment is a testament to his exemplary service and vision. I am confident he will continue to excel in steering the Governor's Press Unit to greater heights.\"<\/p>\n
