The County Government of Siaya, through its Department of Health and Sanitation in conjunction with the Tropical Institute of Community Health and Development (TICH), hosted the 2nd Siaya County Dialogue Hub Meeting.<\/p>\n

The forum provided a platform to disseminate preliminary findings and validate strategies aimed at enhancing the use of data in decision-making within the county\u2019s health sector.<\/p>\n

The meeting fostered a collaborative environment, bringing together members of the County Health Management Team, sub-county health leaders, and facility representatives to assess progress and identify existing gaps in service delivery.<\/p>\n

A notable highlight of the event was the active participation of Members of the County Assembly (MCAs), who engaged with the presented data and committed to supporting targeted interventions.<\/p>\n

The MCAs pledged to review potential interventions within their respective wards based on the evidence shared. In response to the identified gaps, they further committed to advocating for the necessary legislative support to strengthen health systems. This underscores the critical role of political goodwill and oversight in achieving sustainable health reforms.<\/p>\n
