Tender Addendum Notice<\/strong><\/p>\n

The County Government of Siaya wishes to notify all prospective tenderers of an important update regarding a tender that was earlier advertised.<\/p>\n

We refer to the above tender that was published in the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke<\/a><\/strong>) and on the County Government of Siaya website (www.siaya.go.ke<\/a><\/strong>) on Monday, 2nd March 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Clause 10.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers<\/strong> contained in the tender document, this notice serves as an Addendum<\/strong> to the original tender. Through this addendum, the Bill of Quantities (BoQs)<\/strong> previously attached to the tender document have been revised and replaced<\/strong> with a new version issued together with this addendum.<\/p>\n

In order to allow prospective tenderers adequate time to review the revised BoQs and incorporate the changes in their submissions, the tender submission deadline has been extended<\/strong>. The deadline, which was initially set for 10th March 2026<\/strong>, has now been extended to 12th March 2026 at 12:00 Noon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tenderers are therefore advised to take note of the revised BoQs and the updated submission timeline when preparing and submitting their tenders.<\/p>\n

All other tender conditions remain unchanged.<\/strong><\/p>\n
