The County Government of Siaya (CGS) hereby invites sealed tenders for the Leasing of Ward Office Space in East-Ugenya Ward, Ugenya Sub-County<\/strong>. Tendering will be conducted through an open competitive method using a standardized tender document. The tender is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.<\/p>\n

Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect, and obtain the complete tender documents free of charge from the official County Government of Siaya website: County Government of Siaya<\/a><\/span> and the Public Procurement Information Portal: Public Procurement Information Portal<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Tenderers who download the tender document are required to forward their particulars immediately through email to: procurement@siaya.go.ke<\/a> to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.<\/p>\n

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, expressed in Kenya Shillings, and shall remain valid for a period of ninety-eight (98) days from the tender closing\/opening date.<\/p>\n

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form in the format provided in the tender document.<\/p>\n

The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.<\/p>\n

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and tender name, and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices within Siaya Town, or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n

So as to be received on or before 26th May 2026 at 12:00 Noon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices.<\/p>\n

Late tenders will be rejected.<\/p>\n
