Key thematic areas discussed included staff capacity development, supply chain management, electronic medical records integration, revenue collection systems, patient-centered care, staff welfare, and healthcare waste management.<\/p>\n<p>Participants underscored the importance of strengthening Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs and structured mentorship initiatives to enhance professional competencies, improve service delivery standards, and ensure pharmacy staff remain aligned with evolving best practices in pharmaceutical care.<\/p>\n<p>Supply chain management emerged as a major priority, with discussions centering on improved stock accountability, efficient procurement systems, and enhanced coordination in the management of medical commodities. Participants emphasized that stronger inventory oversight and streamlined distribution systems are essential to minimizing stock-outs and improving patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also highlighted the urgent need to accelerate the adoption and utilization of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to strengthen patient management, improve documentation, enhance reporting accuracy, and support evidence-based planning and decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue collection and pharmacy billing processes were reviewed, with stakeholders calling for enhanced transparency, accountability, and coordination to support sustainable healthcare financing and efficient service delivery. Healthcare workers were encouraged to uphold professionalism and strengthen compliance with administrative procedures in patient management and resource utilization.<\/p>\n<p>Patient-centered healthcare remained a central focus throughout the engagement.
