Procurement Method<\/h3>\n
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers<\/em>, First Published July 2016 and Revised Fourth Edition November 2020 (\"Procurement Regulations\"), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.<\/p>\n Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the County Government of Siaya website (www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) or through email at supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a> and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 0800 Hours to 1700 Hours East African Time (EAT) at the address provided below.<\/p>\n The bidding document in English may be viewed, inspected, and obtained free of charge from:<\/p>\n Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd July 2026 at 11:00 Hours EAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Electronic bidding shall not be permitted.<\/p>\n Late bids will be rejected.<\/p>\n Bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders' designated representatives and any other persons who choose to attend at the address indicated below on 2nd July 2026 at 11:00 Hours EAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in the table above.<\/p>\n The Employer shall conduct a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting<\/strong> on 10th June 2026<\/strong> at the County Procurement Hall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The Employer shall also conduct non-mandatory site visits<\/strong> on 18th June 2026<\/strong> as detailed below:<\/p>\n Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form included in the bidding document.<\/p>\n Chief Officer<\/strong>Access to Bidding Documents<\/h3>\n
