A team from the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development has today arrived in Siaya County to provide technical support and accelerate the generation of Unified Payroll Numbers (UPNs) for county employees.<\/p>\n

\"\"The team will be stationed in the county over the next few days, working closely with the Directorate of Human Resource Management to facilitate the processing of UPNs for newly employed staff and casual workers. The exercise will also include the integration of employees into the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), a critical step towards ensuring efficient payroll management and timely payment of salaries.<\/p>\n

The initiative is expected to streamline human resource processes, enhance employee data management, and support the county's commitment to improving service delivery through effective workforce administration.<\/p>\n

The delegation was received by County Secretary Ms. Elizabeth Adongo, Chief of Staff Col. (Rtd) Cyrus Oguna, and Chief Officer for Governance and Administration Hon. Walter Okelo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
