The County Government of Siaya (CGS), through the Department of Finance and Economic Planning, invites interested and eligible tenderers to apply for the tenders listed below, funded under the Equalization Fund.<\/p>\n

Important Notice to Tenderers<\/h2>\n

To enhance equity and fast-track project implementation, a tenderer shall submit a bid for a maximum of ONE (1) Tender<\/strong> only.<\/p>\n

This condition shall also apply to Directors submitting tenders under different companies or firms. Such Directors shall not participate in more than one tender advertised under this notice, nor participate in the same tender through more than one firm.<\/p>\n

Any tenderer who fails to comply with this requirement shall be disqualified and shall not proceed to the evaluation stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Access to Tender Documents<\/h2>\n

Qualified and interested tenderers may view, inspect, and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the County Government of Siaya website and the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP).<\/p>\n

Tenderers who download the tender documents are required to immediately forward their particulars to:<\/p>\n

This will facilitate communication regarding any clarifications and\/or addenda that may arise during the tendering period.<\/p>\n

Pricing and Tender Security<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Prices quoted shall be net, inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs.<\/li>\n
  • Prices must be expressed in Kenya Shillings (KES).<\/li>\n
  • Tender prices shall remain valid for a period of 98 days<\/strong> from the tender closing\/opening date.<\/li>\n
  • Tenders must be accompanied by either:\n
      \n
    • A Tender Security; or<\/li>\n
    • A duly completed Tender-Securing Declaration Form, as specified in the tender document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Submission of Tenders<\/h2>\n

      Completed tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Description and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Main Entrance of the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices, Siaya Town, or addressed and sent to:<\/p>\n
