style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Government of Kenya has received financing from the <strong>World Bank<\/strong> towards the implementation of the <strong>Kenya Devolution Support Programme (KDSP)<\/strong> and intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments under a contract for the provision of consultancy services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The County Government of Siaya (CGS) hereby invites sealed proposals from qualified and eligible consultants for the provision of the above-mentioned consultancy services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selection will be conducted through the <strong>Open National Competitive Selection<\/strong> method using a standardized <strong>Request for Proposals (RFP)<\/strong> document and is open to all qualified and interested consultants.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Access to the Request for Proposals (RFP) Documents<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interested and eligible consultants may inspect and obtain the complete Request for Proposals (RFP) documents <strong>free of charge<\/strong> from:<\/p>\n<ul immediately forward their particulars to:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:supplies@siaya.go.ke\">supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">This will facilitate communication regarding any clarifications and\/or addenda that may be issued during the procurement process.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proposal Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Financial proposals shall be quoted in <strong>Kenya Shillings (KES)<\/strong> and shall be <strong>net, inclusive of all applicable taxes and related costs<\/strong>, where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Proposals shall remain valid for a period of <strong>98 days<\/strong> from the proposal submission deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants shall chronologically serialize all pages of the RFP documents submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Submission of Proposals<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completed RFP documents shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the <strong>RFP Number<\/strong> and <strong>Description of the Consultancy Assignment<\/strong>, and deposited in the Tender Box located at the <strong>Main Entrance of the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices, along Hospital Road, Siaya Town<\/strong>, or addressed to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The County
