The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of <\/strong>Kenya Urban Support Programme (KUSP II),<\/strong> and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under contracts for Consultancy Services<\/p>\n

The County Government of Siaya (CGS)<\/strong> now invites sealed applications for Provision of the above-mentioned consultancy Services. Selection will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized Request for Proposal document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers<\/u>.<\/p>\n

Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete Request for Proposals (RFP) documents free of charge from the CGS website (www.siaya.go.ke<\/a>) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke<\/a>).\u00a0 Applicants who download the RFP document should forward their particulars immediately to supplies@siaya.go.ke<\/a>\u00a0 to facilitate\/access any further clari?cation and\/or addendum.<\/p>\n

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing\/opening date of the RFP.<\/p>\n

The applicants shall chronologically serialize all pages of the RFP documents submitted.<\/p>\n

Completed RFP documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the RFP identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES, along Hospital Road,<\/strong> within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:<\/p>\n

RFP applications will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Late applications will be rejected<\/strong><\/p>\n
