The County Government of Siaya, through the Directorate of Public Participation & Petitions, is committed to enhancing transparency, accountability, and citizen satisfaction in public service delivery. As part of this commitment, the County has initiated the Annual Customer Service Survey on Complaint Resolution to assess the effectiveness and responsiveness of the County’s complaint handling mechanisms.
This survey seeks to:
- Evaluate the accessibility and responsiveness of the County’s complaint resolution processes;
- Determine levels of citizen satisfaction with how various departments address complaints;
- Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement in citizen engagement and service delivery.
Target Participants:
Residents of Siaya County who have interacted with or submitted complaints to the County Government within the last twelve (12) months.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and confidential. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will remain open until Friday, 20th June 2025
Your Voice Matters:
The feedback collected will play a critical role in informing the county's complaints handling policy, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening public trust in County institutions. All residents are encouraged to participate and share their honest experiences.
