Expression of Interest (EOI) For Provision of Civic Education On Community Dialogue Services From Organized Community Groups In South East Alego Ward

The County Government of Siaya, Directorate of Youth Affairs, Gender and Social Services wishes to conduct a one-day Civic Education on Government for persons drawn from the sub-locations in South East Alego. A section of 200 persons per Sub-Location will be mobilized, from key stakeholders in the community (women, youth, persons with disability, opinion leaders and local administration). The civic education will cover some of the following topics;

• Governance Structure
• Roles of Elected Leaders
• The justice system
• Traditional practices

Procurement will be undertaken through Community Participation Procurement method. Interested Organized Community groups across South East Alego ward within the County are invited to Express Interest by submitting applications with proof of registration of the groups from any authorized Government Agency.

Organized Community Groups that choose to apply should submit their applications in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the EOI identification number and name and be deposited in the tender box provided at the main entrance of ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES within Siaya Town and posted to:

The EOI applications will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub County Offices.
