Tender Notice: Intention To Engage a Firm To Facilitate Unpacking of The Siaya Youth Service Bill

The County Government of Siaya intends to urgently engage the services of an experienced Firm to Facilitate Unpacking of the Siaya Youth Service Bill.  The firm will be responsible for: -

  1. Provision of full board conference facilities
  2. Provide facilitators one of which must be a current member of LSK who will provide an in-depth understanding of the bill
  3. Provide a suitable Rapporteur
  4. Pay transport costs to participants on reimbursable basis at set limits

The general objective of the assignment is to unpack the Siaya County Youth Services Bill.
