The County Government of Siaya (CGS) invites sealed tenders for the provision of the above-mentioned services. Tendering will be conducted through an open national competitive method using a standardized tender document. The process is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.
Tender documents can be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the CGS website at www.siaya.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information Portal at www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the documents should immediately send their details to supplies@siaya.go.ke to receive any clarifications or addenda.
Prices should be quoted in Kenya Shillings, inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, and remain valid for 98 days from the tender closing date.
Each bid must include a Tender Security of KES 300,000, in a form acceptable under the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, and the Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations, 2006. The security should be addressed to the County Secretary, CGS.
Bidders must serialize all pages of the submitted tender documents in chronological order.
Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender name and number, and either:

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late submissions will not be accepted.

The County Government of Siaya, through the Department of Tourism, Culture, Sports and Arts in collaboration with the Executive Office of the Governor, will roll out The Nyalore Governors Cup for football men. This will be a Countywide tournament for talents identification, talent exposure and creation of temporary job opportunities for the Youth – “Kandanda Mashinani, Pesa kwa Vijana!”. The tournament shall be played on weekdays for one month, the whole of December 2023. The one month long tournament will be launched by the Governor Siaya, James Orengo on 1st December 2023 at Sega Mixed Primary School starting at 9.00am. The final match will be played on 1st January, 2024, at the Migwena Sports Group.
