The Government of Kenya has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Financing Locally-Led Climate Action Program (FLLoCA) and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under contracts for construction works.
The County Government of Siaya (CGS) hereby invites sealed tenders for the above-mentioned construction works.
This is a County-specific procurement reserved for AGPO-registered Women-Owned Enterprises resident in Siaya County and also registered as Water Works Contractors by the National Construction Authority (NCA).
Tendering will be conducted through an open competitive method using a standardized tender document. The tender is open to all qualified and interested tenderers meeting the specified eligibility criteria.
Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect, and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the official County Government of Siaya website: County Government of Siaya and the Public Procurement Information Portal: Public Procurement Information Portal.
Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately through email to: supplies@siaya.go.ke to facilitate access to any further clarification and/or addendum.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, expressed in Kenya Shillings, and shall remain valid for a period of ninety-eight (98) days from the tender closing/opening date.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form in the format provided in the tender document.
The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and tender name, and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices, along Hospital Road within Siaya Town, or be addressed and posted to:

So as to be received on or before 26th May 2026 at 12:00 Noon.
In addition, tenderers shall respond to the tenders through the IFMIS Supplier Portal by the deadline indicated above in order to be eligible for award.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices along Hospital Road.
Late tenders will be rejected.
