Tender Addendum Notice
The County Government of Siaya wishes to notify all prospective tenderers of an important update regarding a tender that was earlier advertised.
We refer to the above tender that was published in the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke) and on the County Government of Siaya website (www.siaya.go.ke) on Monday, 2nd March 2026.
Pursuant to Clause 10.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers contained in the tender document, this notice serves as an Addendum to the original tender. Through this addendum, the Bill of Quantities (BoQs) previously attached to the tender document have been revised and replaced with a new version issued together with this addendum.
In order to allow prospective tenderers adequate time to review the revised BoQs and incorporate the changes in their submissions, the tender submission deadline has been extended. The deadline, which was initially set for 10th March 2026, has now been extended to 12th March 2026 at 12:00 Noon.
Tenderers are therefore advised to take note of the revised BoQs and the updated submission timeline when preparing and submitting their tenders.
All other tender conditions remain unchanged.
