Take Notice that under the provision of the Public Health Act, CAP 242 Sec 115 read together with Public Mortuary Rules of Kenya of 1991 Sect. 3(1) and the regulations made thereafter, the Medical Officer of Health of Bondo Sub-County being satisfied of the existence of Nuisance rising from the 5 unclaimed bodies lying at the Got Agulu Sub-County Hospital mortuary ranging from date 23rd February 2016 to May 2026.
