Pursuant to the provisions of Article 220 (2) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and Section 117 of the Public Financial Management Act, 2012, the County Government of Siaya is in the process of preparing the 2026 County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP). The CFSP will guide the preparation of the 2026/27 Budget and the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework for the FYs 2026/27–2028/29.
In this regard, the County Executive of Siaya invites members of the public, civil society organizations, faith-based organizations, youth, women, persons living with disabilities (PLWDs), private sector practitioners, and all other interested parties to participate in the process by submitting their views during scheduled public meetings. The engagement fora will be held in wards and municipalities from 10.00 a.m. on the dates and venues listed below:
