The County Government of Siaya (CGS), through the Department of Finance and Economic Planning hereby invites interested and eligible tenderers to apply for the tenders listed below funded under the Equalization Fund.

Qualified and interested candidates may view, inspect and obtain complete tender documents free of charge from the CGS website (www.siaya.go.ke) and the Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document should forward their particulars immediately to supplies@siaya.go.ke to facilitate/access any further clarification and/or addendum.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the closing/opening date of the tender. Tenders must be accompanied by either a tender security or a Tender-Securing Declaration Form in the format provided in the tender document.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of ALEGO USONGA SUB-COUNTY OFFICES within Siaya Town or be addressed and posted to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices.

The County Government of Siaya, through the Department of Tourism, Culture, Sports and Arts in collaboration with the Executive Office of the Governor, will roll out The Nyalore Governors Cup for football men. This will be a Countywide tournament for talents identification, talent exposure and creation of temporary job opportunities for the Youth – “Kandanda Mashinani, Pesa kwa Vijana!”. The tournament shall be played on weekdays for one month, the whole of December 2023. The one month long tournament will be launched by the Governor Siaya, James Orengo on 1st December 2023 at Sega Mixed Primary School starting at 9.00am. The final match will be played on 1st January, 2024, at the Migwena Sports Group.
