The County Government of Siaya (CGS) invites interested and eligible tenderers to apply for the tenders listed below.
Tendering will be conducted through the Open National Tender method using standardized tender documents and is open to all qualified and eligible tenderers.

Qualified and interested tenderers may inspect and obtain the complete tender documents free of charge from:

Pricing Requirements
- Prices quoted shall be net, inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs.
- Prices must be expressed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
- Tender prices shall remain valid for a period of 98 days from the tender closing/opening date.
Tender Submission Requirements
Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Description and deposited in the Tender Box located at the main entrance of the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices, along Hospital Road, Siaya Town, or addressed and posted to:

Opening of Tenders
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices.
Late tenders shall be rejected.
