The County Government of Siaya now invites interested and eligible tenderers to apply for the tenders listed below. Tendering will be conducted under the Open Competitive Method using standardized tender documents. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.

Tender Requirements
- Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs.
- Prices must be expressed in Kenya Shillings.
- Tender validity period shall be 98 days from the closing/opening date of the tender.
- Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Submission Details
Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender identification number and tender name, and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the main entrance of: Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices or addressed and posted to:

Opening of Tenders
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices.
Late tenders will be rejected.
