The County Government of Siaya (CGS), through the Department of Finance and Economic Planning, invites sealed tenders from qualified and eligible bidders for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of an Integrated Internal Audit Management System.
Tendering will be conducted through the Open National Tender method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested tenderers.

Pricing Requirements
- Prices quoted shall be net, inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery costs.
- Prices must be expressed in Kenya Shillings (KES).
- Tender prices shall remain valid for a period of 126 days from the tender closing/opening date.
Tender Submission Requirements
Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tender documents must be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Number and Tender Description and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Main Entrance of the Alego Usonga Sub-County Offices, Siaya Town, or addressed and posted to:

Opening of Tenders
